Welcome to Worship Leadership Consultants

Worship. Leadership.  Both are scriptural.  We often fuse the two in connection with music, while leading others into the presence of God at the beginning of a church service.  But we can go much deeper.

Leaders have influence.  Holy Spirit-led, and Holy Spirit-controlled worship is God’s plan for all of creation. Worship Leadership Consultants is here to help ministry leaders in particular, and the Body of Christ at large, view their roles in leadership from the standpoint of worship.  If we view our leadership roles in this way, it will change the way we operate in ministry.  Spiritual growth is one of the greatest benefits of changing our attitudes toward leadership.

Mission Statement

Worship Leadership Consultants exists to train and develop all leaders of the church to better understand and embrace the Biblical meanings of praise and worship, explain how they are different, and demonstrate how the daily application of both takes us beyond the Sunday morning worship experience, allowing all believers to make dwelling in the presence of God a priority.

The Vision

The vision of Worship Leadership Consultants is two-fold – to help develop in your congregation, particularly ministry leaders, a universal passion for lifestyle praise and worship that reaches God’s heart and promote church health; and to utilize the vehicle of worship education to facilitate church growth.
